In April 2008, a forum was held with local eldercare providers. As a result of this forum, the need for a central resource agency/guide was identified, where caregivers and the elderly could access easy to understand, up-to-date information on all services available to them in Middlesex County. Due to our central location and programs for the elderly, St. Luke’s decided to undertake this task by publishing a hard copy guide of all services available within this area. This resource guide will be printed in easy-to-read 14-point text with organizations listed under the service provided.
